Indian Wells Business Licenses
All businesses with a business office, home office, or P.O. box located within Indian Wells are required to have a business license. Licenses cost $95 annually. Both cash and checks are accepted if paid in person at City Hall; if the application is mailed, payment by check is required.
Those who wish to work as massage therapists must obtain a permit to work within the City of Indian Wells.

In addition, all retailers located in Indian Wells who wish to sell cigarettes, tobacco products, cigarette papers and/or cigarette wrappers must have a Tobacco Retailers License.
Form may be submitted in person or by mail. There is no fee for the Tobacco Retailer's License.
