Mission Statement:  Provide secure, financial success and distinguished technological services to our organization and community.

Finance Services oversees all of the City’s financial activities. The Finance Services administers the day-to-day management of the City’s resources, prepares the City Budget and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.  The program is responsible for providing financial advice to the City Manager regarding the fiscal affairs of the City. 

Technology Services establishes strategies, policies, and procedures for effective implementation of citywide information and communication technologies; provides electronic information and interactive services; provides effective wireless communications to the City and other governmental agencies through high quality systems and services, ensuring the highest level of service to the public. The Technology Services is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational policies and standards; and for coordinating major citywide initiatives including technology management.

City of Indian Wells - Enterprise System Catalog

IW Open Check Book provides financial transparency to the public with easy access to the City of Indian Wells' expenditure, revenue and budget information for the current fiscal year, as well as a historical view of previous years. This interactive website can be used to search details of municipal expenses and revenues by category, department, fund and vendor. The financial data within this site covers every level of governmental finances, from total activity by fiscal year to individual vendor payments. Payroll information is also available.
