Get your Lederhosen and Tyrolean hats out for the annual Welcome Back "Oktoberfest" Resident Party! This year's Oktoberfest party will feature games, The American Bavarian Brass Band, amazing food and lots of fun. Oktoberfest attire is encouraged.

Advanced paid reservations and a valid 2023 Resident Benefit Card are required to attend. The cost is $10 per guest, and registration must be completed by Tuesday, October 17. Tickets are limited to two per household and are non-transferable. No refunds will be issued.
