The database of affordable housing in the City of Indian Wells has been made available to the public in compliance with Assembly Bill 987, which requires a Redevelopment Agency to compile and make available on the internet a listing of existing, new or substantially rehabilitated affordable housing units that were developed or otherwise assisted by the Redevelopment Low and Moderate Income Fund. 

The City of Indian Wells has two affordable housing communities for Seniors, who are at least 62 years old OR who are disabled and are at least 55 years old. Applicants must qualify under Riverside County’s annual income guidelines because they are income-capped affordable housing communities.

Health Seniors Resource Guide provided by Eisenhower Medical Center, this free resource provides information on local resources and free or low cost, health-related programs and services. Additional services can be obtained through the Indian Wells Healthy Living Resource Centers in La Quinta and Rancho Mirage.
