The State Legislature enacted Assembly Bill No. 1509, effective on January 1, 2013 requiring the following notification of the list of Government Code Section 87200 filers (as it relates to Form 700 filings):

- Dana Reed, Council Member
- Donna Griffith, Council Member
Copies of the FPPC Form 700 - Statement of Economic Interests that are filed by the elected officials listed above may be obtained by visiting the offices of the FPPC located at 428 J Street, Suite 620, Sacramento California 95814 or at the City of Indian Wells City Clerk's office located at 44-950 Eldorado Drive, Indian Wells California 92210.
The FPPC has posted local elected officials economic interest statements on their website.
Form 806 - Agency Report of Public Official Appointments
FPPC Regulation 18705.5 requires the City to post this form which lists all the paid appointed positions to which an official will vote to appoint themselves.
