What is the Indian Wells Golf Resort Master Plan?

The Indian Wells Golf Resort (IWGR) has been working to develop its Master Plan with the help of StoneCreek Partners. This planning document provides a road map for the future development and operations of the Resort.

StoneCreek Partners has conducted various community workshops throughout December 2021 and arranged a strategic planning and goal-setting session for the IWGR’s leadership. The findings from these sessions were presented to the City’s Golf Resort Committee at the May 24, 2022 meeting. These efforts have prepared StoneCreek Partners to develop the Master Plan, which can be reviewed by selecting/clicking the button below.

 

This version of the plan is a draft and is therefore subject to change. The suggestions within this document are potential improvements that can bring new opportunities to the IWGR.

Timeline

• Dec 8-10, 2021: Community Meetings held by StoneCreek Partners to gather resident input
• May 19, 2022: Master Plan sent to City
• May 2022: Start Community review
• May 24, 2022: Master Plan presented at Community Meeting (opportunity for public input)
