Please note, the online form is for RENEWALS ONLY. If you have never been an RBC holder, visit City Hall starting January 2025. New residents, first-time cardholders, or those who recently have changed properties in Indian Wells must obtain an RBC in person at City Hall. Please do not add new residents or children to the online renewal form who have never had an RBC before as this will cause delays in processing your 2025 RBC. New residents and first-time cardholders must obtain an RBC in person at City Hall.
Please be advised we expect a high volume of orders and thank you in advance for your patience while we complete all orders in a timely manner. Cards are processed in the order in which received and mailed in late December.
Two card options to choose from:
Social RBC - Entitles qualified residents to receive all City benefits (tennis tickets, discounts at resorts and resident activities) except for the discounted golf rate at the Indian Wells Golf Resort.
- $10 for first card, $5.00 for each additional card (including qualified children)
Golf RBC Entitles qualified residents to receive all City benefits including the discounted golf rate at the Indian Wells Golf Resort.
- $50 per card (including qualified children)
2025 RBC's that are renewed online will be mailed late December 2024. Please use your mailing address that corresponds with this timeframe.
For each calendar year, a maximum of two (2) Resident Benefit Cards may be purchased by qualified resident(s) of an eligible property. Additionally, dependent children of a qualified resident that are under the age of 21 may purchase Resident Benefit Cards. New residents or first-time cardholders must come to City Hall and provide a picture ID and valid proof of residency.
Please Note: Resident Benefit Cards renewal requests submitted online between the dates of November 5th and December 15th will be mailed at the end of December of the current year. Resident Benefit Cards renewal request submitted online during any other time will be mailed within two weeks of receipt.
