Donna Griffith, a Coachella Valley native having lived in the valley for over 57 years, is a Paralegal with 38 years of experience in Office Administration Management and overseeing law offices' practices and procedures primarily in the Coachella Valley and Orange County. Donna has also completed the Strategic Leadership Management program at UC Davis Graduate School of Management.

Donna has served on the City of Indian Wells City Council since 2020.  She is has served on various city committees and serves on the Coachella Valley Association of Governments Conservation Commission and the Energy and Environment Committee.

Donna has always been involved in the community and believes in giving back. Prior to being elected to council, Donna served on the City of Indian Wells Grants in Aid Committee and two terms on the City of Indian Wells Golf Resort Advisory Committee. Donna, well versed in Lighting, Landscaping and Maintenance District policies, has worked with the HOA in her community and neighbors in this regard.

Prior to serving on council, Donna worked closely with the City of Indian Wells Golf Resort Committee on the implementation of the nighttime golf facility - Shots in the Night - and the remodel of the VUE kitchen/bar - which has been a success for the City. Since serving on Council Donna, along with her colleges on council and staff, have successfully implemented the new Top Tracer technology at the golf resort, managed the installation of a large scale city-wide solar project, completed way finding and sidewalks at the golf resort and have begun work on the City’s General Plan and a Master Plan for the Golf Resort.

Donna began her community service many years ago when she served as President of the Executive Board of Directors for Family Services, Co-Chaired Law League of the Desert Court Tour program for students, volunteered with her husband and son for over ten years with American Heart Association Heart Walk, and served as Vice President/Fund-Raising Chair of the WCS Foundation. Donna facilitated the implementation of the Charter for Palm Desert Middle School, served as President of the PDMS Foundation and served on the district level of Desert Sands Unified School District's School Site Council.

Donna and her husband of 35 years, Don, a Superior Court Judicial Officer, enjoy desert life and all that it offers the residents here in beautiful Indian Wells.  Don and Donna have one adult son, Bryce, who is married to Madelyn, both attended Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas for undergrad. They have since relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where Bryce attends law school and is a Second Lieutenant in the US Marine Corp.
